Water Conservation
CLCA takes water conservation very seriously and is committed to promoting and practicing water-saving measures to conserve our state's water supply. That's why we've created a new Water Management Certification Program in order to provide our contractor's with the training and experience needed to assist consumers in saving water and money that would otherwise go down the drain. Learn How to ‘Grow Forward in Today’s
Challenging Times’ at Chapter Lunch Meeting
Wed., September 8, in Irvine
It's no secret that our industry is still suffering in today’s challenging economic times. Maybe you’ve managed to stay in business despite it all, but are you moving forward? Do you see businesses around you doing well in today’s competitive market while others keep struggling? Have you ever wondered what today’s “best in class” companies are doing to keep them in the “best position” for success?
By attending our September 8 Chapter lunch meeting at Marie Callender’s in Irvine, you can learn how to be that company that thrives instead of just survives. As keynoter, we’re excited to have Bill Arman with The Harvest Group who will preview his January 2011 CLCA workshop, “A Leaders Guide to Growing Forward in Today’s Challenging Times.”
In his presentation, Head Harvester Bill will review the five areas that the best companies use to become and to stay “best in class.” They all have a Purpose, along with a Plan, with the right People (both employees and customers) and Programs that make a Profit.
Bill is an enthusiastic and captivating speaker who will provide you with many great ideas to help position your company for success. Save the date now to bring your note pad, your sense of humor and a winning attitude to this fastpaced presentation.
Networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. Cost for this lunch meeting is $25, but first time CLCA member attendees are FREE! R.S.V.P. your attendance to Bronwyn Miller at (949) 466-1222. Marie Callender’s is located at 15363 Culver Drive, Irvine; (949) 552-2101. A 10 a.m. Chapter Board meeting will preceed the lunch meeting.
